Third-Party Components

Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools used in development remain under their respective licenses and are not transferred as part of project delivery.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include a deposit before work begins and milestone payments throughout the project duration.

Payment Schedule

Projects typically require a 30% upfront deposit, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Final delivery is contingent upon full payment.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in work suspension. Payments overdue by more than 30 days may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement.

Confidentiality

I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

Data Protection

All client data is handled according to relevant data protection regulations. Security measures are implemented to protect sensitive information.

Project Privacy

Project details are not shared without explicit permission. Portfolio references are only made with client approval.

Liability

While I strive for excellence in all deliverables, liability is limited to the amount paid for services. I am not responsible for consequential damages or losses.

Warranty

Services are provided with a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes. This warranty covers code-related issues but not changes in requirements or business logic.
